Where can I find my driver?
Your driver will be at the agreed location, which you defined in the sent e-mail at the time that you specify when you made the booking. Driver will usually always be the first arrival gate holding a clearly visible sign with your name, number of passengers and destination location.
My driver is not there, what should I do?
If our driver is delayed, we will notify you by phone (if you have provided one) or via e-mail if the phone number listed is not working .. In all other cases, our driver will be at the place specified in specific time. Note, due to very large crowds there is a possibility of vehicle delay and please contact us at the given contact number (00 385 91 500 33 55) because there is a possibility of an emergency or that you do not see the driver at the site where exactly are you waiting for.
Must all bookings be made in advance?
We recommend booking in advance. Once you book a vehicle, we guarantee availability.
How can I pay for my transfer?
ou can pay by cash or credit card in vehicle or by wire transfer. (type of payment must be agreed before transfer)
